We have several different positions available to assist in our mission of equipping Texans for emergency and disaster, as well as assisting them during and after! Please take a look below and reach out to us with any questions or if you would like to fill a role. We are always expanding member roles based on expertise brought to the organization.
Frontier Response Group members are the backbone of our organization, working hands-on in communities across Texas to support crisis relief and community resilience building efforts. From coordinating supply distribution and organizing volunteer teams, to leading training sessions and ensuring safety during relief efforts, each member plays a vital role. Together, our members help build a stronger, more resilient Texas by empowering communities and providing essential support when it's needed most.
Act as points of contact in different communities, gathering information about local needs, and coordinating local support efforts during emergencies.
Serve on call to assist during disaster responses, including setting up relief stations, distributing supplies, and offering basic assistance to affected Texans. Activated as needed for emergency response operations, filling critical roles under the direction of the Volunteer Coordinator.
Help organize and promote fundraising activities within their networks or communities, increasing awareness and support for the organization. Reports to the Director of Fundraising and Development, helping carry out campaigns and events to generate financial support.
Manage and organize donation drives for supplies, coordinate storage, and assist in preparing supplies for distribution before, during and after response efforts. Works closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure supplies are readily available when needed.
Responsible for managing and updating content ensuring SEO best practices, handling technical maintenance (or working with a developer as needed), and coordinating with other directors to ensure content aligns with our mission and reflects ongoing activities.
Share content, promote events, and help maintain an active social media presence for Frontier Response Group. Collaborates with the Director of Community Outreach as well as the Web Content Manager to boost engagement and public visibility.

Responsible for overseeing and implementing safety and security protocols for the organization, both in day-to-day activities and during disaster and emergency response deployments. Ensures safe and secure operations for staff, volunteers and beneficiaries.
